Terms and Conditions:
This website is owned and operated by Dubai Dhow all transactions on this website are subject to the master agreement for Dubai Dhow terms and Conditions outlined below.
1. Reservation:
Inquiries and reservation for services shown in the Tariff should be made through Dubai dhow. Visitors must hold confirmed reservations while arriving. Reservation required LPO/exchange voucher for reservation
2. Confirmations:
Confirmation will be given at the time of Booking.
3. Cancellations:
- 3 days prior to the day of the tour – No cancellation charge
- 2 days prior to the day of the tour – 40% cancellation charge
- 1 day prior to the day of the tour – 100% cancellation charge
4. Payments:
Payment can be made on case to case basis until unless credit facility approved.
5. Rates:
All Rates are in U.A.E. Dirham (AED) per person. Rates are based on Dubai- Dubai transfers only.
6. Transportation:
The best available Transportation is used. All vehicles are fully insured including passengers & drivers.
7: Photography:
Photography of Military & some Government Installations is not permitted. It is not permitted to photograph local ladies.
8: Responsibility:
Dubai Dhow will not be responsible for any disturbance in the Trip due to circumstances beyond our control such as Road Blocks, Vehicle Malfunction & other conditions like Disaster, War, Riot, Sickness etc.
9: Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited on Board the vehicles
10: Safety measures:
Children below 4 years are under Parent’s Responsibility. Safari Tours are not recommended for pregnant ladies or those with back or heart problems.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time with or without notice, and the current version in effect on the date of tour/service completion will prevail.
